Dr. Nana Banerjee

Dr. Nana Banerjee

Director

Dr. Nana Banerjee brings extensive experience in leading, innovating and scaling analytics, information services and technology businesses globally. Nana is President and CEO of Pelmorex Corp. and serves on the Pelmorex Board of Directors. He previously served as a Senior Advisor to the CEO at Cerberus Capital Management and served on the board of a number of its portfolio companies.

Prior to Cerberus, Nana served as the president and CEO of McGraw-Hill and as a member of its Board of Directors. Previously, he was group president and a named executive officer of Verisk (Nasdaq: VRSK), with responsibility for its high-growth businesses, as well as oversight responsibility for Verisk’s joint data and development environment and its centralized AI and advanced analytics organizations. He joined Verisk as part of its acquisition of Argus, where he served as CEO, co-president and chief operating officer over preceding roles. In other prior roles, Nana served as head of Citibank’s credit card business in the United Kingdom and as vice president of marketing and analytics at GE Capital.

Nana has a Ph.D. in applied mathematics from the State University of New York, a M.S. degree in mathematics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and a B.S. degree with honors in mathematics from St. Stephens College, Delhi. He serves as a member of the Board of the Field Museum and the Northern Westchester Hospital in Mt Kisco, New York.

Bill Livek

Bill Livek has been in the business of measuring consumer behavior for more than three decades. Mr. Livek’s passion for the media, marketing and entertainment industries spurs him to be a driving force for innovation in consumer and audience measurement. Since joining Comscore in 2016, Mr. Livek has also served as the company’s Chief Executive Officer, President and Vice Chairman.

Prior to joining Comscore, Mr. Livek served as Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Rentrak, where he spearheaded the next generation of products to precisely measure movies and TV everywhere. Mr. Livek previously served as Co-President of Experian Research Services, Co-Chair/Co-Owner of Simmons Market Research Bureau, Co-Founder of Transactional Data Solutions (an LLC with MasterCard), Vice President of Sales/Marketing for Arbitron and was a principal shareholder in Birch Research, which was later integrated into Scarborough Research, where he served as President and CEO.

Mr. Livek draws upon his industry experience and audience measurement expertise as a frequent speaker at advertising industry events. When he’s not working towards the advancement of Comscore’s initiatives, Mr. Livek loves riding his road bicycle on the weekends. His idea of a great vacation is a scenic, weeklong bike trip.

Jon Carpenter

Jon Carpenter is a media & technology industry veteran with strong operational focus, strategic acumen, and experience driving both growth and profitability.

Prior to his appointment as CEO, Mr. Carpenter served as Comscore's chief financial officer since 2021. Before joining the company, he served as CFO at Publishers Clearing House since 2016, where he has partnered to transform and grow the digital business both organically and through M&A. Prior to that, he served in various senior divisional CFO roles for Nielsen, Sears Holdings and NBC Universal. Jon started his career with General Electric in their Financial Management Program.

Jon has a BA in Economics from the University of Vermont and lives in Connecticut with his wife and two young children.

Itzhak Fisher

Mr. Fisher has spent three decades creating, operating and investing over $3B in digital, media and retail companies, focusing on data and analytics. He has built successful management teams and created significant value in these companies through operational excellence, organic growth, joint ventures and acquisitions. 

Mr. Fisher is the chairman and founder of Pereg Ventures, a venture capital fund that invests in B2B information services businesses across the U.S. and Israel. Previously, he served in senior product and business development roles at Nielsen, and as president and CEO of RSL Communications, he built a telecommunications company that operated in over 20 countries and generated more than $1.5 billion in revenues.

Mr. Fisher received a B.S. in Computer Science from New York Institute of Technology and completed advanced studies in computer science at New York University. His board affiliations include Strategic Advisory Group, Goldman Sachs; Advisory Board, NYU Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences; and President’s Council, Tufts University.

Leslie Gillin

Leslie Gillin is Pagaya's Chief Growth Officer, overseeing global growth strategy, business development, marketing, public relations and external communications for that company.  Leslie joined Pagaya in 2021 from JPMorgan Chase, where she served as Chief Marketing Officer of the firm and prior to that was President of Chase’s CoBrand Cards Services.  Leslie has also held senior executive leadership positions at Bank of America, Citi and MBNA, including leadership roles in Canada and Europe.

Leslie has been recognized as a Top 50 Women Leaders by Women We Admire in 2022, as one of 2022's Top 25 Women Leaders in Financial Technology by The Financial Technology Report, honored as a Woman of the Year 2022 by The Stevie Awards' Women in Business and a Top 25 CMO to Watch by Business Insider in 2020.

She currently serves on the board of Establishment Labs, a NASDAQ-listed women's biotech company, and has served on the board of The Ad Council, MasterCard UK Forum, the Philadelphia International Council of the Arts, The Please Touch Museum and the Delaware Bankers Association.  She holds a degree in International Relations and Spanish from the University of Delaware where she was the captain of their Division I Women’s Tennis Team and also attended the University of Salamanca.  Leslie resides in St David’s, PA with her husband and three children.

 

David Kline

Mr. Kline is a pioneering leader in the traditional and advanced TV advertising space, and he spearheaded many firsts for the cable industry including the launches of linear household addressability, successful interactive applications and data-infused media campaigns.

He is executive vice president at Charter Communications, and president of Spectrum Reach, the advertising sales division of Charter. Mr. Kline joined Charter in 2015 and provides strategic leadership to guide the company in both the traditional and advanced TV advertising space.

Mr. Kline joined Charter from Visible World (now FreeWheel), where he served as president and COO directing their household addressable sales and programmatic advertising efforts. Earlier in his career, he served as president and COO of Cablevision Media Sales (now Altice Media Solutions) for more than 17 years.

Mr. Kline serves on the board of directors for the Video Advertising Bureau, NCC Media and Canoe. He received a B.A. in a personalized study program focusing on marketing, finance, accounting and management from Ohio State University.

Kathi Love

Ms. Love has over 30 years of industry experience in media and marketing research, strategic planning and business development. She served as president and CEO of GfK MRI for 13 years, during a volatile time in the media industry with the emergence of digital disruption. Ms. Love also founded Motherwell Resources LLC, a consulting and executive coaching firm, in which she is currently active. She previously held executive leadership positions at EMAP Petersen USA, The Magazine Media Association and The New York Times.
 
Matt McLaughlin

Matt McLaughlin is a retired advertising technology executive and Naval officer. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer of DoubleVerify Holdings, Inc., a software platform for digital media measurement and analytics, from 2011 to 2022. As COO of DoubleVerify, Mr. McLaughlin directed its product, engineering and sales operations activity, including managing over half the company’s employees. He served as a Senior Advisor at DoubleVerify from March 2022 to July 2022.

Prior to joining DoubleVerify, Mr. McLaughlin served as President and Chief Operating Officer of CUNet, LLC, an online marketing agency and software subsidiary of Nelnet, Inc., from 2008 to 2011. Earlier in his career, he served as General Manager of Audience and Media at BDMetrics Inc., an information technology company; Vice President of Performance Media at VNC Communications, Inc (d/b/a Performics), a performance marketing subsidiary of DoubleClick Inc.; Senior Vice President of Operations at Heavy Hammer, Inc., a technology company; Director of Business Technology, Search Marketing and Email & Affinity Marketing at Advertising.com, Inc., an online advertising company that was acquired by AOL, Inc.; and an Applications Technology Sales Consultant for Oracle Corporation, a multinational computer technology company.

Formerly, Mr. McLaughlin served as a U.S. Navy Submarine Officer from 1992 to 2000. He received a M.A. (Cantab) in Natural Science from the University of Cambridge and B.S. in Computer Science from the United States Naval Academy.

Jeff Murphy

Jeff Murphy is Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance and Development at Charter Communications, where he oversees debt and equity capital markets strategy and execution, treasury, risk management, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate development.

Prior to joining Charter in 2021, Mr. Murphy spent more than two decades with Credit Suisse Group (and predecessor entities), most recently as Vice Chairman of the Investment Banking and Capital Markets division and a Managing Director in the Global Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT) group.

Prior to his investment banking career Mr. Murphy worked in consumer markets at MCI Communications. He holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in business administration from Georgetown University.

Marty Patterson

Mr. Patterson has extensive experience identifying and evaluating investment opportunities in the technology, media and telecommunications sectors.

He is Vice President of Liberty Media Corporation, Qurate Retail, Inc., Liberty TripAdvisor Holdings, Inc. and Liberty Broadband Corporation. Mr. Patterson has been with Liberty Media Corporation and its predecessors since 2010. He currently serves as a Director of Skyhook Wireless, Inc. and was formerly a director of Ideiasnet S.A.

Mr. Patterson received his B.A. from Colorado College and is a CFA Charterholder.

Brian Wendling

Mr. Wendling is chief accounting officer & principal financial officer of Liberty Media Corporation, Qurate Retail, Inc. and Liberty Broadband Corporation. He is also senior vice president and chief financial officer of Liberty TripAdvisor Holdings, Inc.

Mr. Wendling has held various positions with these companies and their predecessors since 1999. Prior to joining these companies, he worked in the assurance practice of the accounting firm KPMG.

Mr. Wendling has previously served on the boards of Fun Technologies Inc. and CommerceHub, Inc. He also serves on the board of Clothes to Kids of Colorado. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Indiana University.
