Dale Fuller

Dale Fuller

Director and Interim Chief Executive Officer

Dale Fuller is a proven technology executive with extensive senior management experience across a wide range of consumer and enterprise companies. 

Throughout his career, Mr. Fuller served as both an executive officer and a director of private and publicly traded technology companies. Currently, Mr. Fuller serves as chairman of the board at MobiSocial, Inc., a technology startup. Previously in his career, he served as a director at Quantum Corporation, a scale-out storage, archive and data protection company, as well as chairman of the Supervisory Board at AVG Technologies N.V., a mobile security, PC optimization, Internet security and privacy software company. Additionally, Mr. Fuller served on the board of directors of Zoran Corporation, a multinational digital technology company, from March 2011 until its merger with CSR plc in August 2011; was chairman of the board of directors at Webgistix Corporation, an e-commerce fulfillment company, from October 2008 through January 2013; and served as a director at Phoenix Technologies, Ltd., a BIOS software company, from November 2009 to November 2010.  Mr. Fuller has also served on the boards of directors at Guidance Software, Inc., Krugle, Inc., Quest Aircraft Company, LLC and McAfee, Inc.  

Mr. Fuller’s executive experience includes serving from 2008 to 2013 as president and chief executive officer at MokaFive (n/k/a moka5, Inc.), a venture-backed private company. Additionally, Mr. Fuller served as interim president and CEO at McAfee from October 2006 through March 2007.  Prior to that, he was president and CEO at Borland Software Corporation from 1999 to 2005 and also previously served as president and CEO of WhoWhere? Corporation, which was later acquired by Lycos, Inc. As a start-up company CEO, Mr. Fuller led the expansion of several domain sites, including Angelfire.com and Mailcity.com. He has also previously held various senior executive positions at Apple Computer, NEC, Motorola, and Texas Instruments.   

Mr. Fuller brings extensive leadership experience and technology expertise to his role as a director on the Comscore Board. 
 

Carol DiBattiste

Carol DiBattiste

General Counsel & Chief Compliance, Privacy and People Officer

Carol DiBattiste is General Counsel & Chief Privacy and People Officer at Comscore. Ms. DiBattiste brings extensive legal, privacy, compliance and human resources leadership experience from both the public and private sectors to the company.

She advises the company on all legal matters, including strategic corporate initiatives, technology alliances, business transactions and intellectual property protection, litigation, and also oversees the company’s human resources and facilities departments. As Chief Privacy Officer, Ms. DiBattiste is responsible for establishing the company's privacy and data security policies, overseeing the implementation of such policies, and educating legislators, the press, industry and consumer groups and the general public about the company's approach and commitments to consumer privacy.

Prior to joining Comscore, she served as the Executive in Charge and Vice Chairman of the Board of Veterans’ Appeals at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Ms. DiBattiste’s public sector work also included senior executive positions in the Departments of Defense, Justice and Homeland Security. Among her many distinguished roles, she served as the Under Secretary of the United States Air Force, Department of Defense, confirmed by the U.S. Senate, where she led a $70 billion, 710,000 military and civilian department responsible for recruiting, training and education, and readiness, and earlier as Principal Deputy General Counsel for the U.S. Navy. She was also the Deputy Administrator of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), Department of Homeland Security, where she led a $5.3 billion, 55,000-employee agency. Ms. DiBattiste also served as a federal prosecutor and Deputy United States Attorney in the Southern District of Florida and as the Director of the Executive Office for United States Attorneys, where she led the operations of the 94 United States Attorneys’ Offices nationwide.

In the private sector, Ms. DiBattiste served as Chief Privacy Officer at ChoicePoint, where she also served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. ChoicePoint was acquired by Reed Elsevier/LexisNexis during her tenure. At LexisNexis/Reed Elsevier, she served as Senior Vice President, Privacy and Security. She has also served as General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer at Geeknet, Inc., and Chief Legal, Privacy and Administrative Officer at Education Management Corporation. Previously, Ms. DiBattiste was a partner in the international law firm of Holland & Knight, where her specialties included government relations, corporate diversity counseling, and civil and criminal litigation. 

Ms. DiBattiste graduated with a B.A. from LaSalle University and holds a J.D. from Temple University School of Law and an LL.M. from Columbia University School of Law. In addition, she has completed the Strategic Leadership Program at Harvard Business School and served in the U.S. Air Force as an officer and judge advocate (JAG).

Greg Fink

Greg Fink

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Fink is an accomplished senior finance executive with more than 25 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, business analytics, budgeting, internal controls, and talent development. Prior to joining Comscore on October 3, 2017, he served as Senior Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer at Fannie Mae, where he led a team of 600 professionals and oversaw a multi-billion dollar annual expense budget. With extensive experience in SEC reporting, Mr. Fink had responsibility for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and Audit Committee reporting. Prior to joining Fannie Mae in 2006, he served as Vice President of Financial Reporting and Policy at MCI, Inc. and was a Senior Manager at Deloitte.

Mr. Fink holds a B.S. in Business Administration with an accounting emphasis from San Diego State University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Virginia.

Kathy Bachmann

Chief Operating Officer

Kathy is a proven growth leader with success in building new revenue streams and improving profitability by leveraging data, analytics and technology for SaaS start-ups to Fortune 200 global B2B and B2C organizations.

She has extensive experience leading company change initiatives, driving new customer acquisitions, establishing successful enterprise client relationships and optimizing cross-functional relationships to transform company growth. In her role as Chief Operating Officer at Comscore, Kathy oversees the Product and Client Success teams and is responsible for ensuring that the business improves efficiency and reliability as it delivers on its product roadmaps.

Prior to joining Comscore as the Chief Operating Officer, Bachmann was Chief Operations Officer at Throtle, a high-growth AdTech, data solutions company. She also has vast experience working for MarTech companies focused on customer data and cross-platform measurement, including her time leading customer success for Neustar and as EVP and Managing Director of the Americas for Marketshare. In these roles, she helped the organizations move with increased velocity and efficiency, leading the launch of a new product from concept to beta customer roll-out within 3 months and evolving sales and customer success functions to reduce friction points. She has also held executive management roles at American Express, Wyndham Worldwide and Quest Diagnostics.

Chris Wilson

Chief Commercial Officer

Chris Wilson has built a reputation in the research industry as a visionary by working daily to create the television measurement products of the future. In his role as Chief Commercial Officer at Comscore, he says his mission is to further the development of new products and services to measure TV across every platform and to better integrate our digital, TV and cross-platform sales efforts through consistent best practices across Comscore's commercial teams. In this role, Chris oversees the Commercial, Sales Operations and Marketing teams, along with the International Business.

Throughout his career, Mr. Wilson has played a critical role in the growth and evolution of TV measurement. Prior to his role at Comscore, he served as Executive Vice President, National Television Products at both Comscore and Rentrak; Senior Vice President, Sales at Scarborough Research Company; President at Experian Research Services; President & COO of Simmons Market Research Bureau; and CEO & President of LogicLab, a division of Merkle LLC.

When he’s not working to build and maintain key strategic relationships with national advertisers, agencies and TV networks, Mr. Wilson enjoys playing golf and scuba diving. He lives in New Jersey with his wife, three kids, a dog and a horse.

Sara Dunn

Head of Human Resources

Sara is an experienced HR leader who brings trust, accountability and grit to the heart of Comscore. With more than 20 years of human resource experience, she is known for building highly engaged, high performing cultures through seasons of rapid change.

As head of HR at Comscore, Sara leads global HR strategies, programs, and practices, overseeing the teams responsible for talent management and acquisition, learning and development, organizational design and effectiveness, and compensation and benefits.

In the nine years Sara has been with the organization thus far, she has played a critical role in anchoring people around growth in complex, innovative, and high-velocity environments. Sara’s impact has been felt widely across the organization. She is recognized as a trusted business partner with a knack for driving focus on leadership strength, talent development, improving system and operational capabilities, and culture.

Prior to joining Comscore in 2010, Sara amassed broad HR expertise across a diverse set of industries, including at AOL, ExxonMobil, and Federated Department Stores. Sara holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University.

Joe Rostock

Chief Information and Technology Officer

Joe Rostock is a proven and passionate leader in the delivery of innovative technologies that drive value. His deep, cross-industry experience extends more than 30 years, ranging from executive roles within the world’s second largest telecommunications company to the launch of a start-up business aimed to radically improve how data is secured, integrated and managed. 

In his role as Chief Information and Technology Officer, Mr. Rostock is responsible for the design, development and operational delivery of solutions across Comscore’s business to advance innovation while driving growth and efficiencies.

Prior to joining the Comscore team, Mr. Rostock served as Chief Technology Officer at healthcare technology company, Inovalon, where he led the design and delivery of an award-winning, real-time analytics platform. Mr. Rostock also served as Vice President and Chief Technologist for The Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions (ATIS), a technology and solutions development organization for the telecommunication industry. While at ATIS, he led strategic initiatives, designed and developed solutions, as well as competitive business models for communications and infrastructure providers. Preceding his position at ATIS, Mr. Rostock served in many ascending roles at Verizon Communications, most recently serving as Senior Fellow where he was responsible for strategy and planning programs supporting the CIOs of Verizon’s five business units to structure the company’s future direction in cloud technology offerings, virtualization initiatives, development of mobility platforms and business management analytics. During the launch of his career, Mr. Rostock held several technical staff positions, in which he spearheaded deployment of Verizon’s first voice over IP network, enabling IP carrier termination service from Europe into New York City. 

Mr. Rostock was awarded a US Patent for Access to Intelligent Network Service Control and holds a bachelor’s degree in Radio, Television and Film from Temple University, as well as completing graduate studies in Computer Science at St. Joseph's University. 

When Mr. Rostock isn't leading technology and operations at Comscore, he enjoys spending time with his wife, two sons and dog.
 

Dan Hess

Chief Product Officer

Dan Hess has worked at the intersection of digital technology and data-driven marketing and sales throughout his career. In his role as Chief Product Officer, Mr. Hess leads an organization driven to delight Comscore clients by creating industry-leading solutions that deliver on our cross-platform vision.
 
Mr. Hess previously served as Comscore’s Executive Vice President, Products from September 2016 to December 2017. Prior to joining Comscore, Mr. Hess served as an investor and advisor to start-ups in digital media and marketing, software-as-a-service and e-commerce. Previously, Mr. Hess served as Chief Corporate Development Officer and of Rewards Network, a loyalty marketing and financial services company. Prior to that, Mr. Hess was CEO and Co-Founder of Local Offer Network, which created an omnichannel predictive modeling and personalization platform that was acquired by one of the world's leading marketing services firms.
 
Earlier in his career, Mr. Hess was one of Comscore’s first employees, leading corporate marketing and building multiple commercial teams including its retail, travel, automotive and technology products and practices.
 
When Mr. Hess isn't relentlessly focusing on innovation, quality, execution and efficiency at Comscore, he enjoys spending time with family and supporting animal rescue organizations.
