Bill Livek has been in the business of measuring consumer behavior for more than three decades. 

As Chief Executive Officer and Executive Vice Chairman, Mr. Livek’s passion for the media, marketing and entertainment industries spurs him to be a driving force for innovation in consumer and audience measurement. Since joining Comscore in 2016, Mr. Livek has also served as the company’s Executive Vice Chairman & President, as well as principle executive officer.

Prior to joining Comscore, Mr. Livek served as Vice Chairman & Chief Executive Officer at Rentrak, where he spearheaded the next generation of products to precisely measure movies and TV everywhere. Mr. Livek previously served as Co-President of Experian Research Services, Co-Chair/Co-Owner of Simmons Market Research Bureau, Co-Founder of Transactional Data Solutions (an LLC with MasterCard), Vice President of Sales/Marketing for Arbitron and was a principal shareholder in Birch Research, which was later integrated into Scarborough Research, where he served as President and CEO. 

Mr. Livek draws upon his industry experience and audience measurement expertise as a frequent speaker at advertising industry events. When he’s not working towards the advancement of Comscore’s initiatives, Mr. Livek loves riding his road bicycle on the weekends. His idea of a great vacation is a scenic, weeklong bike trip.

David Algranati

David Algranati

Chief Product Officer

David Algranati, Ph.D., is an accomplished executive with a proven track record of product innovation, market research and analytics. 

In his role as Chief Product Officer, Mr. Algranati leads an organization driven to helping clients meet their business goals by creating industry-leading media measurements solutions. 

“Comscore has a unique ability to process and understand large amounts of data,” he says. “My team strives to use this wealth of information to design products and services that meet the needs of the industry.”   

Before joining the Comscore team, he served as SVP, Television Product Innovation & Custom Research at Rentrak and held executive research positions at Experian Simmons including Director of Integrated Marketing Solutions. While at Simmons, he also led the statistics and research teams, overseeing all statistical responsibilities for the company including custom research projects.   

Mr. Algranati holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The George Washington University, a Master of Science in Statistics, a Master of Philosophy in Public Policy and a Ph.D. in Statistics and Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University.   

When he is not working on the next generation of media measurement solutions, he is a devoted boxing fan, attending more than 2,000 boxing matches in the past 20 years.   

Jon Carpenter

Chief Financial Officer

Jon Carpenter is a media & technology industry veteran with strong operational focus, strategic acumen, and experience driving both growth and profitability.

Before joining the Comscore team, he served as CFO at Publishers Clearing House since 2016, where he has partnered to transform and grow the digital business both organically and through M&A. Prior to that, he served in various senior divisional CFO roles for Nielsen, Sears Holdings and NBC Universal. Jon started his career with General Electric in their Financial Management Program.

Jon has a BA in Economics from the University of Vermont and lives in Connecticut with his wife and two young children.

Sara is an experienced HR leader who brings trust, accountability and grit to the heart of Comscore. With more than 20 years of human resource experience, she is known for building highly engaged, high performing cultures through seasons of rapid change.

As Chief People Officer at Comscore, Sara leads global HR strategies, programs, and practices, overseeing the teams responsible for talent management and acquisition, learning and development, organizational design and effectiveness, and compensation and benefits.

In the nine years Sara has been with the organization thus far, she has played a critical role in anchoring people around growth in complex, innovative, and high-velocity environments. Sara’s impact has been felt widely across the organization. She is recognized as a trusted business partner with a knack for driving focus on leadership strength, talent development, improving system and operational capabilities, and culture.

Prior to joining Comscore in 2010, Sara amassed broad HR expertise across a diverse set of industries, including at AOL, ExxonMobil, and Federated Department Stores. Sara holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University.

Carol Hinnant

Carol Hinnant is a seasoned media industry professional with 30 years of expertise. Ms. Hinnant draws upon a wealth of knowledge in the fields of strategic business development, sales and planning within the media and entertainment sectors in her role at Comscore.

As Chief Revenue Officer, Ms. Hinnant guides Comscore’s revenue-generating operations across the global digital, television, and cross-platform business. Prior to that, Ms. Hinnant served as the company’s Executive Vice President, National Television Sales, managing the sales and account management team and working face-to-face with Comscore’s network clients developing new, innovative approaches to industry challenges using Comscore’s granular television and digital measurement insights and driving cross-platform solutions.

Ms. Hinnant also served as Senior Vice President, National Television Sales at Rentrak since 2006 and spent 16 years growing multi-platform distribution channels for cable network giants and emerging niche networks. She entered the media industry via HBO’s legal department and credits the vast experiences she gained through her industry employment as the basis for her success at Comscore. 

Ms. Hinnant was named a Woman to Watch in the cable industry by Multichannel News and Women In Cable Television (WICT) and was named a Rainmaker by CTAM in 2008.  

When Ms. Hinnant is not on the road reaching out to network clients and prospects, she enjoys spending time with her family, golfing, cooking and traveling.  

Brian Pugh

Brian Pugh

Chief Information Officer

Brian Pugh is a seasoned executive with 20 years of experience in media measurement, analytics, innovation, and technology transformation.

Mr. Pugh’s role as Chief Information Officer for Comscore includes oversight of Comscore’s cybersecurity program, IT infrastructure strategy, data governance, and industry audits including the Media Rating Council accreditations of Comscore products.

Prior to his appointment as CIO, Mr. Pugh was the Executive Vice President of Product Technology, where he guided Comscore’s initiatives for technology strategy, cost optimization and data governance. He has also led Comscore’s Analytics department building new media measurement data solutions in audience measurement, campaign validation, and Activation products. He spearheaded the development of methods to combine traditional panel measurement with digital census data that resulted in Comscore’s next-generation media measurement capabilities.

Mr. Pugh holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from George Mason University, and lives in Virginia with his wife, three children and two rescue dogs. When he is not transforming Comscore’s systems for the future, he can be found outside biking, hiking, or playing tennis.

Chief Commercial Officer

Chris Wilson has built a reputation in the research industry as a visionary by working daily to create the television measurement products of the future. In his role as Chief Commercial Officer at Comscore, he says his mission is to further the development of new products and services to measure TV across every platform and to better integrate our digital, TV and cross-platform sales efforts through consistent best practices across Comscore's commercial teams. In this role, Chris oversees the Commercial, Sales Operations and Marketing teams, along with the International Business.

Throughout his career, Mr. Wilson has played a critical role in the growth and evolution of TV measurement. Prior to his role at Comscore, he served as Executive Vice President, National Television Products at both Comscore and Rentrak; Senior Vice President, Sales at Scarborough Research Company; President at Experian Research Services; President & COO of Simmons Market Research Bureau; and CEO & President of LogicLab, a division of Merkle LLC.

When he’s not working to build and maintain key strategic relationships with national advertisers, agencies and TV networks, Mr. Wilson enjoys playing golf and scuba diving. He lives in New Jersey with his wife, three kids, a dog and a horse.

Tania Yuki is a tech founder and entrepreneur with a strong commercial and marketplace focus, a massive love of data, and experience driving innovation in insights-focused businesses. 

Tania re-joined Comscore in late 2021 after Shareablee, the venture-backed technology startup that she founded in 2013 and led as CEO through to the end of 2021, was acquired by Comscore.

Shareablee was an industry-leading martech and analytics company in the social media space which continues to support many of the world's most innovative brands and publishers, such as NBC, Sony, Barstool Sports, Mondelez, Ulta Beauty and more, and was listed as one of Inc.5000's fastest growing companies and Women President's Organization (WPO)'s 50 Fastest Women-led Companies.

Prior to founding Shareablee, Tania led product management for Comscore's Video Metrix, the world's leading online video and CTV ratings service, and was also VP Advertiser Solutions at Visible World (acquired by Comcast).

Tania currently participates on the World Economic Forum’s Media and Entertainment Council Media and Entertainment Council and sits on the Board of the American Australian Association. Tania recently served on the Government of Dubai Media Office’s Future Council for Media and the Recording Academy’s Grammy Awards Digital Council where she led initiatives specifically focused on social media marketing and optimization in growing the Grammy Awards’ digital brand. She also founded wimLink, an organization that holds regular events and seminars to promote entrepreneurship, leadership and professional development for women at the intersection of media and technology.
