Chief Executive Officer

Matt McLaughlin has had a long & distinguished career as both an advertising technology executive and a Naval officer. Prior to his appointment as CEO, he served as Chief Operating Officer of DoubleVerify Holdings, Inc., a software platform for digital media measurement and analytics, from 2011 to 2022. As COO of DoubleVerify, Mr. McLaughlin directed its product, engineering and sales operations activity, including managing over half the company’s employees. He served as a Senior Advisor at DoubleVerify from March 2022 to July 2022. 

Prior to joining DoubleVerify, Mr. McLaughlin served as President and Chief Operating Officer of CUNet, LLC, an online marketing agency and software subsidiary of Nelnet, Inc., from 2008 to 2011. Earlier in his career, he served as General Manager of Audience and Media at BDMetrics Inc., an information technology company; Vice President of Performance Media at VNC Communications, Inc (d/b/a Performics), a performance marketing subsidiary of DoubleClick Inc.; Senior Vice President of Operations at Heavy Hammer, Inc., a technology company; Director of Business Technology, Search Marketing and Email & Affinity Marketing at Advertising.com, Inc., an online advertising company that was acquired by AOL, Inc.; and an Applications Technology Sales Consultant for Oracle Corporation, a multinational computer technology company. 

Formerly, Mr. McLaughlin served as a U.S. Navy Submarine Officer from 1992 to 2000. He received a M.A. (Cantab) in Natural Science from the University of Cambridge and B.S. in Computer Science from the United States Naval Academy.

Mary Margaret joined Comscore in 2011 as global tax director and has since served in roles of increasing scope and responsibility, including as senior director of global tax compliance and reporting; vice president of tax and treasury; and senior vice president and controller. Before joining the company, Ms. Curry served as senior manager at KPMG, where she began her career nine years prior.

With more than 20 years of extensive expertise in strategic technology planning and product development, Smriti is recognized as a visionary leader who seamlessly integrates technical acumen with business insight to develop products and align technology initiatives with organizational revenue goals. 

Smriti Sharma is the Chief Analytics and Technology Officer at Comscore, where she leads the development of innovative analytics and AI-driven technology solutions that help move the industry forward. She holds a BSc in Physics, an MSc in Computer Science, and an MBA in Operations.

Sara is an experienced HR leader who brings trust, accountability and grit to the heart of Comscore. With more than 20 years of human resource experience, she is known for building highly engaged, high performing cultures through seasons of rapid change.

As Chief People Officer at Comscore, Sara leads global HR strategies, programs, and practices, overseeing the teams responsible for talent management and acquisition, learning and development, organizational design and effectiveness, and compensation and benefits.

Since joining Comscore in 2011, Sara has played a critical role in anchoring people around growth in complex, innovative, and high-velocity environments. Sara’s impact has been felt widely across the organization. She is recognized as a trusted business partner with a knack for driving focus on leadership strength, talent development, improving system and operational capabilities, and culture.

Prior to joining Comscore in 2010, Sara amassed broad HR expertise across a diverse set of industries, including at AOL, ExxonMobil, and Federated Department Stores. Sara holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University.
