comScore Announces Official Worldwide Box Office Results for Weekend of February 5, 2017

LOS ANGELES, Feb. 5, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- comScore (NASDAQ: SCOR) today announced the official worldwide weekend box office estimates for the weekend of February 5, 2017, as compiled by the company's theatrical measurement services.

comScore's Senior Media Analyst Paul Dergarabedian commented, "Jackie Chan leads the global box office in the action adventure romp 'Kung Fu Yoga' that took in an impressive $51.4 million in 12 international territories and has earned $178.1 million to date.  Second place goes to China-based title 'Journey To The West: Demons Strike Back' with $35.3 million this weekend and $202 million thus far as it plays in 9 territories followed by the Chinese drama 'Duckweed' with $29.5 million to land in the third spot."
