comScore Announces Official Worldwide Box Office Results for Weekend of April 2, 2017

LOS ANGELES, April 2, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- comScore today announced the official worldwide weekend box office estimates for the weekend of April 2, 2017, as compiled by the company's theatrical measurement services.

comScore's Senior Media Analyst Paul Dergarabedian commented, "Disney's 'Beauty And The Beast' adds another $114 million in its third weekend to push its global total to massive $876.3 million.  On the animated family film side of the ledger, Fox's 'The Boss Baby' over-performed to the tune of $85.2 million in its debut weekend worldwide in 35 territories."
