comScore Announces Official Worldwide Box Office Results for Weekend of December 11, 2016

LOS ANGELES, Dec. 11, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- comScore today announced the official worldwide weekend box office estimates for the weekend of December 11, 2016, as compiled by the company's theatrical measurement services.

'Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them' is closing in on $700 million globally with North America takings at nearly $200 million and an international gross currently at $480.7 million.  In the second spot, Disney's 'Moana' continues to be a critical favorite and a box office hit with a worldwide gross of $238.8 million while newcomer 'Office Christmas Party' grabs up $33.9 million globally this weekend."
