comScore Announces Official Worldwide Box Office Results for Weekend of January 21, 2018

LOS ANGELES, Jan. 21, 2018 -- comScore today announced the official worldwide weekend box office estimates for the weekend of January 21, 2018, as compiled by the company's theatrical measurement services.

comScore's Senior Media Analyst Paul Dergarabedian commented, "Sony's 'Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle' starring Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart dominates the global box office with a $52.64 million weekend haul as it tops the North American chart once again and enjoys a total worldwide cume of $767.8 million to date.  Notably, Aamir Khan's Indian musical drama film 'Secret Superstar' had a spectacular weekend in China bringing in $25.9 million and $28.7 million to date."
